Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, we ship worldwide. Please note international delivery times will vary depending on location and may attract import costs if outside the US.
How much does shipping cost?
There are no extra charges for shipping within the US. US shipping is included with all prices.
We aim to provide our customers with the best possible service. We process and ship standard orders in 4-5 days. During holidays, such as Christmas, please allow a couple extra days.
My order has not arrived. What do I do?
Don’t worry, we record and track every package we send. If your order has not arrived, please send us an email with your order number, and we will find your package’s whereabouts.
When will I know when my order has been shipped?
Once you place your order, you will receive an email confirming that we have and are working on your order. You will then receive another email when we’ve shipped your order.
Can I pick-up my order?
Unfortunately, you cannot pick up your orders. At the moment, we are strictly an online store. In the future, we may consider opening a traditional 'brick and mortar', physical building. Make sure you sign-up for email notifications to be notified for all Drawings By Merwin updates.
